FAVORITE ATOMIC
HERO is a powerful four-piece original rock band with songs that shine with
a pop sensibility that approaches genius. With catchy hooks, strong riffs and
crafted high-energy, their sound falls in the vein of The Foo Fighters, Jimmy
Eat World and American Hi-Fi.
Their debut CD "Time Bomb" is an internet-only release on MP3.com and moved over
2000 copies along with countless downloads. Their song "California" scored number
one on the MP3.com Power-Pop Chart for over twenty weeks. They will soon be releasing
a new, full-length entitled "Ursa Major" produced by the band and Ducky Carlisle.
FAVORITE ATOMIC HERO has shared the stage with The Shelia Divine, They Might Be
Giants and Superdrag among others.
Brett Milano of the Boston Phoenix was recently "blown away" by the band's songwriting
and their live performance and The Noise says the band is "definitely on the runway
to mega-success." They plan to extensively tour the East Coast. Catch these guys
before they rock to the top.
